Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts or other power equipment 80% of specified shift
  • Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded
  • Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy
  • Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards
  • Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary
  • Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary
  • Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
  • Assist in physical inventories
  • Complete daily inspection of equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

About This Role

Forklift Operators are responsible for moving stock from one area to another within our warehouse environment.

Core Responsibilities:
Perform assigned tasks such as but not limited to: Stocking Inbound-Picking Outbound-Completing Stock Moves. Other tasks including but not limited to: Pallet Alignment and General Housekeeping.

Position: Forklift Operator
Shift: Monday thru Thursday 630PM - 430AM
Pay: $20.00 per hour.
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for quarterly attendance Referral Bonus $500 at 90 days.

Ideal Candidate Skills and Experience:
- 6 months of warehouse experience
- This job is very physical, need to be able to lift up to 65 pounds all day.
- Willing to train on the Forklift, moving and lifting tires all day by hand and willing to work OT and weekends if necessary.
- Candidates will be required to attend Orientation in Mechanicsburg, PA (Monday - Wednesday 8:00AM - 4:00PM)
