Duties & Responsibilities:

• Training Preparation & Logistics 25%
• Training Delivery & Facilitation 35%
• Post-Session Administration & Follow-Up 20%
• Ongoing Training Tracking (Non-Facilitation Days) 20%

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
What KSAs are required to perform this job?

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training facilitation techniques
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage classroom dynamics
• High level of organization with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and training tracking platforms (e.g., Luma)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple onboarding timelines concurrently
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
• Proficiency with classroom technology and audio-visual equipment

Work Experience &/or Education:
What are the minimum education and/or experience requirements necessary to perform this job?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience facilitating training, orientation, or instructional sessions preferred
• Experience in safety, operations, fleet, or transportation environments preferred
• Experience using learning management systems or training tracking platforms strongly preferred
