Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Define and lead enterprise strategy for agentic AI systems, including autonomous workflows, copilots, and decision-support agents (25%)
- Build and scale teams responsible for agent frameworks, orchestration layers, tool integration, and runtime governance (20%)
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of agentic systems from use-case design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement (20%)
- Partner with business, IT, security, legal, and HR to embed agents into core workflows responsibly and compliantly (20%)
- Establish standards for agent reliability, evaluation, safety, auditability, and value realization (15%)
Experience Requirements
Required
10+ years of experience in AI, software platforms, or intelligent systems. 5+ years leading senior engineering or AI platform teams.
Preferred
Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation or automation initiatives preferred.
