I consistently find this to be a rewarding work environment and value my employment at FedEx. However, I’ve observed instances of preferential treatment that are inconsistent with equitable workplace practices. The company experiences a high employee turnover rate, and there appears to be a tendency to focus on correcting employees who are performing well, while those demonstrating strong performance are often assigned additional tasks and responsibilities beyond their regular duties. This creates an imbalance, and I believe a more equitable distribution of workload and accountability is necessary. Despite these observations, I continue to appreciate my role at FedEx.
