Central Fill Staff Pharmacist
As a Central Fill Staff Pharmacist, you'll work alongside Technicians and staff in a production environment to verify prescriptions and maintain the integrity and accuracy of products. You'll provide guidance and expertise to production team members and use professional judgement to determine the correct course of action.

Career individual contributor in a professional role. Works independently, receiving general instructions on new assignments, and a review of outcomes for technical soundness. Possesses complete knowledge of role. Applies a broad range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to assignments containing some elements of complexity. Majority of work is spent both independently planning and completing the design, implementation, and/or delivery of processes, programs, and/or policies. May coach, direct, oversee, or review the work of lower-level professionals. Networks with more senior internal and external stakeholders who may be unfamiliar with the area of specialty.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced production environment with large team
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays while remaining flexible to business needs
- Use arms/hands in a repetitive motion requiring hand and wrist dexterity
- Work extended hours; stand/sit for extended periods
- Stay past scheduled shift to complete daily production in the event of systems failure or production downtime, as needed
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
