As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets
• Packaging groceries
• Helping customers in transporting and locating merchandise
• Gathering baskets
• Picking up trash
• Maintaining and stocking bag areas
• Returning products to proper locations
• Stocking check stand supplies
• Distributing Buddy bucks
• Replacing anti-fatigue mats
• Performing cart and parts basket relocation
• Cleaning and maintaining store areas to ensure cleanliness and safety

Qualifications include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work with customers attentively, and maintain productivity and efficiency standards. Education requirements include completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training upon hire. Physical demands involve:

• Working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reaching at various heights
• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs, twisting, pushing/pulling with arms, pinching, and performing fine motor movements

Occasional exposure to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions is expected. Ability to lift 55 lbs and manage more than 55 lbs (up to 100 lbs) is required.
