Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Maintains store cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization.
- Cleans/picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the Store.
- Uses H-E-B chemical program; correctly organizes/maintains stock in maintenance room.
- Washes windows and mirrors throughout Store.
- Empties/cleans trash receptacles throughout the shift.
- Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards/SOPs.
Additional Duties
- Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders.
- Performs minor maintenance repairs using simple hand tools.
- Maintains ceiling air vents; replaces light bulbs.
- Works with and around customers; attends to their needs.
- Assists customers in the location of product.
- Performs Customer Service Assistant (CSA) duties, when needed.

As a Maintenance Representative, you'll maintain cleanliness and safety for an entire Store, inside and out, all while making our customers feel welcome. Key responsibilities and essential functions include:
- Sanitation: Maintains store cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization. Cleans/picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the Store. Uses H-E-B chemical program; correctly organizes/maintains stock in maintenance room. Washes windows and mirrors throughout Store. Empties/cleans trash receptacles throughout the shift. Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards/SOPs.

- Completion of Company Orientation, Basics of Safety training, and In-store orientation

- Demonstrate the ability to lift 50 lbs, and manage in excess of 50 lbs
