Job Summary
As a Clinic Supervisor, you'll lead day-to-day practice management and manage the care team. In partnership with the Lead Physician and Regional leadership team, you'll guide clinical and administrative operations of the multidisciplinary, integrated primary care service, which is focused on achieving high-quality and high-patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities &
Essential Functions
Manages the care team; interviews / hires / coaches / develops staff; ensures timely performance reviews
Onboards / trains new team members
Encourages continuing professional education and development to enhance learning and meet licensing expectations
- Guides / directs team members (nurses, hosts, operations leads, and site-specific care navigators, vendors, etc.) to ensure contracts and services performed meet H-E-B Wellness Primary Care (WPC) expectations
- Leads day-to-day practice management; partners with Lead Physician and Regional leadership team to guide clinical and administrative operations; focuses on achieving high-quality and high-patient engagement
- Implements WPC standards of care and operations workflows
- Manages schedules for efficiency and optimal staff coverage, including PRN talent pools
Using WPC patient-centered medical home approach, ensures patient satisfaction and delivery of highest-quality patient care
Partners with corporate team, Planning and Analysis (P&A), and Regional / Marketing leadership to develop and implement annual clinic goals and operating plans (achieving operating system metrics, practice outcomes, growth targets, population analytics, patient operating performance, and financial metrics); implements / optimizes WPC operating system, ensuring quality and compliance goals and metrics are achieved
Owns / ultimately accountable for clinic financial and clinical performance
Partners with corporate team, P&A team, and Regional / Marketing leadership to develop and manage clinic budgets; identifies / recommends account growth ideas; partners with corporate team to develop plans to maximize client outreach and increase clinic utilization

Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or MPH) from a recognized college or university, or equivalent senior-level experience ( - Licenses/
