Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping and stocking of products
- Ensuring quality control of all product before sending to sales floor
- Maintaining sanitation in the department
- Maintaining organization of back storage, freezer, walk-in and production area
- Reading and executing daily production list
- Providing customer service as required such as answering questions, taking orders on the phone
- Assisting in monitoring the quality of goods and monitors shrink
- Ordering and receiving products and supplies
- Maintaining transfer records
- Prepping, wrapping, pricing, selling, and stocking products continuously
- Demos or preparing customer samples for self-serve
- Providing superlative customer service
- Using suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales
