Total Store Sanitation LeadAs a Total Store Sanitation Lead, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for sanitation and food safety, and lead the team with a total Store mindset. You'll perform supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling work, and training and developing Partners. You'll ensure food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs and overseeing daily process execution; you'll also ensure other Partners comply as well. You'll communicate recaps, needs, process improvements, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders. You'll maintain department cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization. You'll provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and resolving problems, and answering customer questions regarding products and assisting them with selections.
