Manager In Charge
Job Summary: As a Manager in Charge (MIC), you'll monitor partner performance and address departmental / total store safety issues in the absence of the Store Director. For stores not assigned an Operations Store Leader, the MIC is also responsible for overseeing the gas station and floor maintenance processes of the store.
