H-E-B School of Retail Management (SORM) training: comprehensive training program to be completed for prospective H-E-B partners who are committed to a career as managers in H-E-B store operations

Spends the majority of time using independent judgment making employment-related and business decisions, or effectively recommending such decisions, including product- and department-related strategies, hiring, promoting, disciplining, suspending, discharging, rewarding, or otherwise engaging in resolving partner-related matters
Holds partners accountable for following SOPs
Complies with SOPs and department / loss prevention procedures to minimize shrink and residual inventory
Establishes ordering guidelines for vendor products; maintains vendor relationships
Merchandising / Sales:
Uses appropriate H-E-B systems to determine the best opportunities to drive sales
Food Safety / Sanitation:
