Estore Curbie Job

As an eStore Curbie, you will retrieve eCommerce online orders from their put away locations and transport them to the customer. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer service
• Using a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders
• Communicating order changes to the customer
• Making necessary adjustments to orders based on customer requests
• Auditing orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following
• Packaging/transporting/loading groceries/merchandise from holding areas to the customer’s vehicle
• Minimizing shrink through careful handling of product and achieving productivity standards

Sanitation/stocking/food safety duties include:

• Gathering baskets and picking up trash inside and outside eStore
• Maintaining/stocking bag areas
• Returning product to shelf
• Transferring products from slot to slot to help free up carts
• Organizing carts
• Maintaining cleanliness within the eStore

You will maintain standards for safety and sanitation.

Qualifications and Key Requirements:

• 16+ years old
• Possessing customer service skills
• Communication skills
• The ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
• The ability to work a flexible schedule
• Completion of all required training upon hire

Physical Demands:
Working in a fast-paced environment, walking, reaching, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling with arms, twisting, pinching, performing fine motor movements, and lifting 55 lbs with the ability to manage in excess of 55 lbs. Use a manual pallet jack multiple times per day. It is the responsibility of each individual to never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit.
