Manufacturing Production Partner IAs a Manufacturing Production Partner I, you'll serve as part of the operational team that strives to achieve superior business results through self-manufactured products. Key responsibilities include maintaining total process ownership to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment, performing basic product handling to convert raw material into finished goods, completing safety- and environmental-related training, and assisting with preparing and loading production materials. Depending on the plant, machine operation may include basic operation of scales, metal detectors, headspace analyzers, gas flushing equipment, top side icers for cake decoration, varying washing machines, bun stackers, product conveyors, printers, copiers, and other basic printing equipment.

Shipping duties include packing finished goods into shipping units, palletizing shipping units in an interlocking manner using the correct tie height, and ensuring all pallets are strapped or stretch-wrapped to minimize product shifting or damage.

Qualifications and key requirements include successful completion of applicable training, certification in team skills, knowledge of QES standards, organization skills, attention to detail, math skills, reading and writing skills, PC skills, bi-lingual language skills, ability to work in a team-based environment, ability to communicate effectively, ability to operate machines or equipment at a basic level, and education requirements. Physical demands and working conditions may include travel by car or plane with overnight stays, working extended hours/rotating schedules, maneuvering through the facility, performing functions of the job with or without accommodation (standing, stooping, bending, etc.), and working in wet, cold, or hot environments depending on plant location.
