As a Cross-Functional Lead, you'll lead a team and perform supervisory responsibilities, such as directing work for a team, and training and developing Partners, while maintaining a total team mindset. Key responsibilities include store lead operations, training, customer service, sales, and food safety/sanitation. This is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills required. Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6+ months of related experience and/or training, or combination of equivalent education/training.
