Estore CurbieAs an eStore Curbie, you will retrieve eCommerce online orders from their put away locations and transport them to the customer. Key responsibilities include customer service, using a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders, communicating order changes to customers, making necessary adjustments to orders based on customer requests, auditing orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following, and packaging/transporting/loading groceries/merchandise from holding areas to the customers vehicle.

You will also minimize shrink through careful handling of product and achieve productivity standards. Sanitation/stocking/food safety duties include gathering baskets and picking up trash inside and outside eStore, maintaining/stocking bag areas, returning product to shelf, transferring products from slot to slot to help free up carts, organizing carts/maintaining cleanliness within the eStore, and maintaining standards for safety and sanitation.

Qualifications and key requirements include being 16

• years old, having customer service skills, communication skills, the ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Physical demands include working in a fast-paced environment, working with customers, working a flexible schedule, working in varying conditions, constantly walking, reaching, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling with arms, twisting, pinching, performing fine motor movements, and the ability to lift 55 lbs and manage in excess of 55 lbs.
