Customer Service SpecialistAs a Customer Service Specialist in our Healthy Living Department, you'll provide a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. Key responsibilities include customer service/sales, stocking, and maintaining the department.
You will answer customer questions, assist with selections, and help locate store merchandise.
You will also be responsible for stocking and rotating items, assisting with inventory control, and ensuring the integrity of shelf tags and signage. The position requires strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, time-management, planning, organization, merchandising, selling, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with completion of Basics of Safety training. The role involves handling customer complaints, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 lbs. Occasionally, you may be exposed to loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions.
