Key Responsibilities &
Essential Functions
Patient Care: Identify short- / long-range physical health issues; develop/recommend comprehensive individualized physical therapy treatment programs
- Perform physical therapy treatment programs and document patient progress/status; administer manual exercises; instruct / assist patients in performing physical therapy activities
Obtain / study medical histories, document patient and clinic records
Interview patients; understand patient medical history; assess physical health; examine as needed
Educate / counsel patients; explain treatment plans; promote physical health and wellness
Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments, discharge planning, and outcome tracking according to established company standards; perform treatment programs; document patient progress; administer manual exercises; instruct / assist patients in performing physical therapy activities
Comply / ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements, and infection control protocols and policies

Physical Demands &
Working Conditions
Function in a fast-paced, office environment. Travel by car or plane with overnight stays. Travel as necessary to fulfill clinical responsibilities, training, or strategic planning needs within the organization. Work extended hours; sit/stand/stoop for extended periods. Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more.
