Manager II Manufacturing MaintenanceAs a Manager II Manufacturing Maintenance, you'll manage a Manufacturing Maintenance team. Your scope of responsibility will include one or more manufacturing plant(s) with a broad customer base and include development and control of the plant repair budget and direction of the maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities &
Essential Functions
Leads a Manufacturing Maintenance team (Technical and Team Leaders, Technicians, Planners, storeroom Partners)
- Leads a smaller, less complex team to develop / implement safety and regulatory compliance programs (e.g., OSHA, EPA, local agencies) and develop / control department annual facility repair and equipment replacement budgets
Hires / sets expectations for / monitors exempt and non-exempt Partners; provides timely, meaningful performance feedback for Maintenance Team
Serves as subject matter expert; collaborates with Engineering, Operations, suppliers to develop / update design specifications for capital investments
Fosters a continuous improvement philosophy related to industrial maintenance processes, methods, and systems; develops supporting strategies to implement continuous improvement

Bilingual (English & Spanish) skills a plus
Education
Bachelor's Degree of science degree from ABET-accredited school in engineering (electrical, mechanical, chemical, industrial

Work in inside temps ranging from -35 to 130 degrees and with noise levels ranging from normal to 100 db
Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more
