As an H-E-B Store Department Lead, you'll lead a well-stocked, well-maintained department, while providing superior customer service. You'll also perform supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling work, and training / developing Partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Store lead operations / training
• Customer service / sales
• Food safety
• Additional department-specific responsibilities may include overseeing production planning and execution, applying advanced knowledge of trends in beauty, overseeing specific areas of the business, serving / packaging products at customer's request, educating customers on preparation / reheating instructions, and maintaining knowledge of nursery field-related trends.

Qualifications include:
Age requirement of 18+, work experience, knowledge/skills/abilities in department production stations, ability to read and interpret documents, ability to write routine reports and correspondence, ability to speak effectively before groups, ability to apply common sense / understanding to carry out instructions, communication and interpersonal skills, and an associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 6+ months of related experience and / or training, or combination of equivalent education / training. Licenses/certifications include completion of company orientation, food safety and sanitation training, and eCommerce online ordering training.
