Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Conducts ongoing review of H-E-B Master Revit Family Library for inactive items; coordinates with appropriate team members for replacements to ensure data integrity
  • Assists in developing/documenting BIM workflow process standards; creates standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist designers, consultants, vendors
  • Assists in review, implementation, and management of supporting software
  • Assists in editing BIM execution plans in conjunction with Design team Partners as needed
  • Supports onboarding, training, and evaluation processes for assigned consultant partners

Job Title
Manages and maintains BIM, ensuring data integrity. Ensures design hardware and software function flawlessly with 100% uptime for the design team. Manages design technology innovation to ensure H-E-B can use technology to lower the total cost of ownership for its retail buildings.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • Conducts ongoing review of H-E-B Master Revit Family Library for inactive items; coordinates with appropriate team members for replacements to ensure data integrity
  • Assists in developing/documenting BIM workflow process standards; creates standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist designers, consultants, vendors
  • Assists in review, implementation, and management of supporting software
  • Assists in editing BIM execution plans in conjunction with Design team Partners as needed
  • Supports onboarding, training, and evaluation processes for assigned consultant partners

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Applies practical knowledge, learned theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to difficult but non-complex, conventional assignments. Majority of work efforts are focused on meeting objectives related to implementation or delivery of processes, programs, and/or policies. Builds productive internal and external working relationships. Bachelor's degree or additional role-relevant experience. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
