Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Conducts ongoing review of H-E-B Master Revit Family Library for inactive items; coordinates with appropriate team members for replacements to ensure data integrity
- Assists in developing/documenting BIM workflow process standards; creates standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist designers, consultants, vendors
- Assists in review, implementation, and management of supporting software
- Assists in editing BIM execution plans in conjunction with Design team Partners as needed
- Supports onboarding, training, and evaluation processes for assigned consultant partners
Experience Requirements
Required
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Intermediate individual contributor in a professional role. Works independently within an established framework, receiving detailed instructions only on new assignments. Possesses specialized knowledge and skills required to perform the role. Applies practical knowledge, learned theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to difficult but non-complex, conventional assignments. Majority of work efforts are focused on meeting objectives related to implementation or delivery of processes, programs, and/or policies. Builds productive internal and external working relationships. Bachelor's degree or additional role-relevant experience. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
