- Assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets
- Packaging groceries
- Helping customers in transporting and unloading groceries to their vehicles
- Assisting customers in locating merchandise
- Gathering baskets and picking up trash inside and outside the Store
- Maintaining and stocking bag areas
- Returning products to proper locations
- Stocking and staging bags
- Stocking check stand supplies
- Distributing Buddy bucks to registers
- Replacing anti-fatigue mats
- Performing carts and parts basket relocation and power-washing basket relocation for department setup
- Performing red basket fill up/retrieval
- Cleaning, mopping, dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming the check stand area, Return Center, and CCO area to maintain Store cleanliness and safety
Full Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets
- Packaging groceries
- Helping customers in transporting and unloading groceries to their vehicles
- Assisting customers in locating merchandise
- Gathering baskets and picking up trash inside and outside the Store
- Maintaining and stocking bag areas
- Returning products to proper locations
- Stocking and staging bags

Qualifications and key requirements include:
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working with customers and staying attentive to their needs
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency standards
- Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training is required upon hire
The role involves functioning in a fast-paced retail environment, working with customers, constantly reaching at waist, frequently standing, walking, and occasionally reaching overhead, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, stair climbing, pivoting, twisting, pushing/pulling with arms, pinching, and performing fine motor movements. You will occasionally be exposed to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions and demonstrate the ability to lift 55 lbs and manage more than 55 lbs (up to 100 lbs).
