Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Accurately measure, interpret, and draw out installation space and upload the data in a timely manner, and within the IKEA requirements using IKEA technology.
- Review layout of kitchen and all project paperwork with customer to ensure all components are correct and all measurements are accurate.
- Utilize measurement and construction skills, combined with expertise in modular furniture planning and foundational design principles, to create tailored solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Review appliance, electrical and plumbing locations to ensure they are captured on the measurement documents.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, reinforcing IKEA values throughout each interaction.
- Assess customers' needs and promote the service that fits best.
- Understand the store and department action plans. Actively contribute to achieving your department's goals.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of IKEA's products, services, and multi-channel solutions to ensure customers can shop conveniently, whether in-store or remotely, whenever and however they prefer.
- Promote the IKEA commercial priorities by securing high quality services, in a cost and time effective way both in the home and in the store.
