As a Risk & Compliance Specialist, driving function performance and development within the unit, you will:

Promote risk awareness in the unit to support informed decision-making aligned with unit goals and business plans.

Support the Risk Manager in analyzing Safety & Security trends to identify, manage, and mitigate key risks in the unit.

Ensure accurate administration of accounting practices, purchase orders, and invoices, adhering to legal requirements and IKEA financial rules.

Support the unit in ensuring operational Compliance with internal and external expectations.

Ensure unit compliance with local, state, and federal requirements for operational licenses.

Manage access to the internal control system(s) and supports unit leadership in ensuring timely and accurate use.

Collaborate with the Unit Management Team to analyze risks, establish local controls, and integrate key internal controls for streamlined operational efficiency and a positive shopping experience.

Contributes to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Hours

From 38 to 40 hours per week (HL4) SHIFTS Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Operations generally range between the window of 6am to 10:30pm; Minimum one weekend off per month; Work schedules are published one month in advance.

PAY
