Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and channel strategy.
  • Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content tailored to platform-specific audiences and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and conversations while fostering positive brand interactions.
  • Integrate key business initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, national trends, and holidays into social media content plans.
  • Identify, source, and build relationships with content creators and brand advocates to support campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize content effectiveness and audience growth.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure a competitive and innovative social presence.
  • Support on-site content capture at events, activations, store openings, etc. and community partnerships as needed.

Qualifications
- 3 years of communications or events management experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and related creative tools.

HOURS: Salaried Role - Open Availability required including nights, holidays and weekends.
