Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Achieve excellence in daily DC/CDC operations by planning outbound and inbound flows with a focus on the customer and the total supply chain.
  • Plan inbound flow for efficient goods receiving and outbound flow for efficient picking and packing according to set lead time goals.
  • Register and update shipments in yard management.
  • Secure transport requirements, including documentation to fulfill daily.
  • Translate short term forecast with operational capacity and find improvement potentials.
  • Communicate and align with various stakeholders to ensure service to the customer.
  • Analyze and continuously improve the end-to-end planning in fulfilment unit.
  • Troubleshoot planning deviations to secure on-time delivery and fill rate.
