Postmates Dress Code by Job Role

Postmates, now part of Uber, promotes a flexible dress code focused on cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. While Postmates couriers are independent contractors and not required to wear uniforms, appearance still plays an important role in customer experience.
Department Guidelines
Tops:Plain t-shirt or polo. Postmates-branded gear (hat, shirt, or jacket) is optional but helps with customer trust and recognition.
Bottoms:Jeans, joggers, leggings, or shorts are acceptable if clean, functional, and appropriate. Avoid anything too revealing or distressed.
Footwear:Closed-toe, comfortable shoes are recommended. No flip-flops or sandals.
Outerwear:Wear weather-appropriate gear. Reflective vests or jackets are encouraged at night.
Accessories:Use a Postmates (or Uber Eats) delivery bag for food handling. Avoid strong fragrances or excessive accessories.
