During my time on the 3rd shift, several operational challenges were observed, specifically regarding the comprehensive upkeep of the store, including the food stations, coffee stations, and drink stations, as well as maintaining a present and welcoming front-facing presence. Despite raising these concerns with management, my feedback was not addressed. This ultimately led to my resignation.
