Uniform policies may vary slightly by banner or department, but the core standards focus on safety, hygiene, and professionalism.
Department Guidelines
Shirts:Company-issued polo or button-up shirt, often branded with Albertsons, Safeway, or the local banner name.
Pants:Black or khaki pants or slacks. Jeans are generally not allowed unless approved for specific roles or local policy.
Footwear:Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required for safety.
Accessories:Name tag must be worn. Hair must be neat and tied back if long. Minimal jewelry is allowed.
