Partner Performance & Development
- Conduct performance reviews analyzing partner health and reliability metrics to provide data-driven recommendations
- Execute coaching interventions on operational best practices to achieve and maintain performance benchmarks
- Monitor performance trends and implement proactive interventions to prevent deactivation
Serve as primary escalation point for partner issues, coordinating rapid resolution across internal teams
Strategic Partnership
Act as partner advocate, channeling feedback to drive systemic improvements across Hub Delivery operations
Identify workflow inefficiencies and formulate network-level operational improvements
Capacity & Growth Management
This high-impact role requires strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and ownership mentality in ambiguous environments.
You will build processes from scratch while driving innovation in Amazon's last mile delivery space.
