Prime Air Area Manager

Prime Air is seeking a Prime Air Area Manager, where you will serve as a front-line leader responsible for executing daily operations at a Prime Air Drone Delivery Station.

You will lead and support teams across flight operations, ground handling, and fulfillment to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery performance.

In this role, you will:

Drive key operational metrics including safety, quality, and delivery efficiency;

Monitor real-time operations to remove barriers and maintain system uptime;

Partner with Operations Managers and cross-functional teams to execute staffing and operational plans;

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards;

Identify and implement process improvements;

Develop and coach associates;

Provide clear escalation and communication during active operations;

Directly manage a team of hourly associates, overseeing scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day coaching and development;

Address associate relations matters including attendance, performance concerns, and corrective action as needed;

Maintain accurate timekeeping, headcount tracking, and staffing records for your team.

This role may require travel, up to 25% of the time.

Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon's ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
