Team member phase:
A strong technician in operations
Demonstrate commitment to learning and development.
Supervisor/team leader phase:
Begin overseeing specific areas of operations (i.e. cleaning, food safety, technology, satisfaction scores, etc.).
Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Director phase:
Continue to refine leadership skills through advanced development opportunities.

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
