Guest Experience Team MemberThe Guest Experience Team Member is the face and energy of our drive-thru, responsible for creating memorable and personalized guest interactions. This role is solely focused on hospitality greeting, engaging, and building meaningful connections with every guest.
The TM leads a culture of elevated guest experience, takes ownership of experience-based metrics (including CEM and celebrations), and sets the standard for intentional, high-energy hospitality across the team.
Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a natural performer someone energetic, outgoing, and confident who thrives on engaging with people. The ideal candidate can stay fully present with each guest, bring consistent high energy, and turn everyday interactions into memorable experiences.
They take initiative, own the guest experience, and love being the face of hospitality.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage every drive-thru guest with enthusiasm and authenticity
Learn guest names, preferences, and create repeat recognition moments
Initiate celebrations (birthdays, milestones, special events) when appropriate
Create "wow" moments that guests remember and share
Maintain high, consistent engagement energy for each individual guest
Take full ownership of Drive-Thru Experience metrics
Track and improve CEM scores and guest feedback related to hospitality
Lead initiatives that elevate guest experience
- Communicate guest insights and experience opportunities to leadership
Model elevated hospitality standards for the team
Help inform and inspire team members toward a hospitality-first culture
QualificationsOutgoing, energetic, and confident personality

Reliable attendance and professionalism
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods
