Front of House Daytime Team MembersWe're looking for our next great Front of House Daytime Team Members!

This person MUST be available to work between the hours of:

5:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. OR

5:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. OR

8 a.m. 5 p.m. OR

11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Based on our industry, Friday & Saturday availability is required. Please note hours are earned and not guaranteed!

As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and a memorable dining experience. This role involves greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drink orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. We are looking for both full-time and part-time team members. Team members must be available a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

Greets every customer with a warm, friendly attitude and ensures they feel welcome.

Accurately take customer orders in the restaurant and in the drive thru, enters orders accurately into the POS system.

Serves customers promptly and ensures that the food meets quality and presentation standards.

Follows all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers.

Honors and encourages others to follow and fulfill the purpose and values of the Chick-fil-A Atlantic Avenue.

Fulfills any other suitable duties as assigned by the Leaders or Directors.

Knowledge and Experience

Requirements

Must be available to work a minimum of three days per week with availability to work between 5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Prior experience working in the food service or customer service industry is not required but would be preferred.
