Chick-fil-A Bolingbrook Manager PositionChick-fil-A Bolingbrook is seeking talented, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for serving and leading others. Leading at Chick-fil-A is more than a job, it's an opportunity. Managers will undergo a six-week paid training program at the restaurant to gain personal and professional experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment.
Requirements
Available to work 5-6 days and 35
- hours per week, including Saturdays. Chick-fil-A is always closed on Sundays.
- Ability to balance work and personal life, keeping personal matters out of the restaurant while maintaining a healthy focus on business operations, team morale, and culture.
Demonstrate a great capacity to grow, learn, and educate the team about new products, systems, and processes.
Influence positively on cleanliness, quality, and safety standards in food preparation and service areas in accordance with health procedures and standards that meet or exceed all federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines.
Interact with guests anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
Assist with shift management: breaks, communication, calls, discipline, reward, and recognition.
Consistently train and advise team members on restaurant procedures and Chick-fil-A best practices.
Empower, encourage, and provide honest feedback to team members daily.
Supervise team member contests and recognition during shifts.
Enforce the disciplinary system and violations of the Team Member Manual.
Essential
Requirements
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Additional education or experience in the hospitality, retail, hotel, restaurant, or fast-service industry is valued.
Experience
One year or more of prior experience in the hospitality, retail, hotel, restaurant, or fast-service industry.
