Chick-fil-A Arcadia Delivery Driver

At Chick-fil-A Arcadia, the Delivery Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for our independent Owner/Operator, Delivery Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment.

Our delivery team delivers food to our guests safely, accurately, and with care. Our drivers have the opportunity to deliver hot, fresh food items while utilizing our top of the line equipment. Drivers are equipped with comfortable vehicles with Apple Car Play and cutting-edge temperature monitoring bags. Our delivery goal is to bring the Chick-fil-A experience to the guest's front door. Drivers get to keep all of their tips. Flexible hours are available for this role. Delivery operates from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Compensation:
Base pay is $15 plus tips. Drivers receive tips from catering deliveries as well. Compensation is expected within the $18 - $22 per hour range; however, this can be exceeded.

• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver's license & clean driving record within the last two years
• Provide a MVD driving record report
• Consistency and reliability

• Strong interpersonal skills
