Responsibilities

Be passionate about serving others by providing 2nd Mile services

Display proactivity and a sense of urgency in all things

Take guest orders inside & outside, ensuring the utmost accuracy

Quickly & accurately prepare orders by making drinks or bagging orders

Handle Guest Issues or Concerns using our HEARD Model

Keep areas stocked and clean

Maintain Food Safety Standards

Follow Chick-fil-A Procedures to ensure Operational Excellence

Deliver Catering Orders, if needed. (Must be 18 or older and have a valid Driver's License.)

Qualifications and

Requirements

Ability to work in an environment where common allergens are used daily

Cash Management Skills

Ability to stand on your feet for an entire shift (8

hours)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm

Ability to hear & communicate with guests & their needs

Outstanding Communication Skills

Work for extended periods of time (up to 5 hours) without a meal break

Ability to work in a team environment

Detail-Oriented

Ability to lift 5 - 35 lbs
