Overnight Cleanliness Team MemberAs the Overnight Cleanliness Team Member, you are the foundation of restaurant efficiency and cleanliness. Your primary focus is maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized environment across the entire operation (Front of House and Back of House) to allow all other team members to execute their roles seamlessly. This role requires 6 day work weeks and exceptional dedication to detail, sanitation, and physical endurance. A team member in this role must be consistent and maintain high attendance standards.
Responsibilities
Operations & Sanitation
Chicken Inventory
- Responsible for pulling chicken for the next day using correct PATHWAY procedures
Facilities Management
Cleaning and Sanitation
Responsible for sweeping and mopping the entire restaurant floor (FOH, kitchen, walk-ins, and all storage areas) after hours to maintain safety and cleanliness.
Safety & Standards:
Utilize the Food Safety 5 guidelines, particularly focusing on chemical handling, sanitation temperatures, and maintaining a slip-free environment
All trash remaining is removed from the building at the end of shift..
Success Metrics
We know that the Utilities Team Member is successfully meeting and exceeding role expectations when the following items are being met:
Filters are completed on a daily basis
All floors are clean and mopped at end of day
Boilouts are completed on a weekly basis
All tasks are completed within the 3 hours allotted for the position
Chicken thawing procedures are maintained to avoid quick-thawing chicken on the following day
