In Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line, a team member of the kitchen; back-of-house (BOH), is responsible for the food we serve. Ensuring the safety and quality of food, the accuracy of orders, speed, professionalism, cleanliness, and the ability to work with others are just some of the responsibilities of our BOH team. We will train you if you do not have prior experience. Additionally, the experiences we can provide you are an excellent step towards a bright future. Team members have the opportunity to learn, grow, and advance in our business.

Salary: $14.00-$15.50 per hour, depending on availability.

Position Requirements

• Part-time (15-30 hours per week), with the possibility of full-time based on your progress.
• Must be available to work opening or closing shifts.
• Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
