Chick-fil-A Ward Parkway's ideal back of house team member has the unique opportunity of providing our guests with crave-able food in a timely manner, ensuring that each order is accurate. They must be able to balance hard work and guest-focused service, pay attention to details, maintain a willingness to work at a fast pace in a high intensity kitchen, and be able to excel in a team-minded environment.
