Primary Duties
- Lead the Front of House during assigned shifts with energy, professionalism, and urgency
- Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Maintain high standards for order accuracy, food safety, and dining room cleanliness
- Coach and encourage team members with timely feedback, clear direction, and accountability
- Support team execution of new product rollouts, promotions, and service initiatives
- Collaborate with Back of House leadership to ensure smooth, unified operations
- Serve as a role model upholding and representing Chick-fil-A's values and brand standards at all times

Front of House Team Leader / Manager

We are open: Monday-Saturday, 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM
Leaders typically work 6-9 hour shifts, scheduled around peak business hours and shift coverage needs.

Position Type
- Full-time (35+ hours/week)
- Must be available during peak meal periods, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Competitive pay: $16-$18/hr based on experience & availability
