Front of house team member responsibilities include:

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and requirements:

• No restaurant experience needed.
• This is for a full-time position, 35 hours plus. Do not apply if you want part time. Must provide resume with availability. Applicants with poor job tenure will not be competitive.
