Dishwasher Position
We have a vacant spot for a well-organized and committed dishwasher. Our culinary environment is fast-paced and we expect you to be able to work as part of a team.
Main Duties:
- Washing dishes via a Hobart Automatic dishwasher machine and/or 4-compartment wash sink.
- Detail-oriented and clean-minded approach.
- Food safety is your highest priority as you wash raw and non-raw chicken dishes separately and clean and sanitize your work area before changing tasks.
- Occasionally cleaning food prep equipment, removing trash from the store, or doing general cleaning in and around the kitchen.
- Putting clean dishes on the clean dish shelving in an organized and food safe manner.
- Training will be provided on all aspects of this position.
Skills Required:
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be over the age of 16.
Work Schedule:
- Includes an 8 hour shift.
