Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Answers phones and takes new orders within the restaurant.
- Documents and communicates future orders to managers.
- Prepares and stages all packaged items for catering orders.
- Interacts with catering clients in a professional manner, both in-person and by phone.
- Maintains the catering spreadsheet tracker and ensures it's up-to-date.
- Makes deliveries as-needed.
- Establishes relationships/communication with other Team Members.
- Prepares for the following business day and upcoming week.
- Assists the in-restaurant operation as needed.
- Works closely with clients to determine event requirements such as menu selection, delivery, setup and staffing.
- Ensures events run smoothly and meet customer expectations.
- Assists with outside events as-needed.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our catering vehicles, setting up and breaking down event sites, and assisting with food preparation and service. As a Catering Team Member, you will help the catering department to ensure seamless execution of events and provide outstanding customer service to our guests.

Qualifications:
- Driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have car insurance
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- This position is subject to a background check in order to verify driving record.
