Craveable Food
Provide safe, high-quality, craveable food.
Meeting quality requirements and serving food that is safe to eat all day, every day, develops trust with Customers and shows them we care. To measure performance in this area, we use these key metrics:
Fast & Accurate Service
Deliver accurate orders in a quick manner.
By executing this fundamental with excellence, we let Guests know we value their time and their business and fast and accurate service is one reason why Customers keep coming back, specifically in the drive-thru.

Welcoming Environment
Maintaining Cleanliness & Safety Standards.
Offering Guests a clean and safe environment is paramount to showing high levels of care. For many Customers, this priority is the most important value for dining with us. We measure performance in this area using these key metrics:
2nd Mile Service
Serving from the heart.
Treating all Customers with honor, dignity and respect; anticipating their needs; and resolving their problems. Using CORE 4, HEARD Model & executing 2nd Mile Service. To measure performance in this area, we use these key metrics:
