Role: Full-time:

$1$4 - $16 per hour

Average of 30-40 hours per week

Must be available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Must be available to work on Fridays and Saturdays

Part-time:

$1$1 - $14 per hour

Average of 10 to 30 hours per week

Responsibilities of team members

Maintain excellence in character and conduct.

Participate operationally in the day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old on the hire date.

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have reliable transportation

Must perform well under pressure

The job may involve working in a noisy, hot, and fast-paced environment as well as outdoors

Must be flexible

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchise business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
