Team Member Opportunity
At Chick-fil-A, the role of Team Member is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain a vital experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to all who visit each day and ensuring that all guests receive Chick-fil-A's exclusive service and food. In this position, we seek ambitious individuals who desire a schedule that revolves around the 5:30 AM to 4 PM part of our operations.

Responsibilities of team members at the front of house:
  • Smile

Responsibilities of team members at the back of house:
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Know tasks for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, line, and food prep
  • Demonstrate responsible management of all food products and containers minimizing waste and/or overproduction
  • Store kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and orderly at all times
  • Stay current with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
  • Maintain personal hygiene by undergoing internal training and staying updated on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing duties as assigned
  • Always comply with Chick-fil-A's standards and dress code
  • Other assigned duties
