Responsibilities

Smile and create eye contact to make emotional connections with guests

• Speak enthusiastically and communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

Multitask quickly and efficiently

Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic

Work on your feet for several hours at a time

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
