We are especially seeking Front of House Team Members for Opening, Daytime, and Mid-Shifts, along with Back of House Kitchen Team Members who can support production during peak hours.

Front of House HIGHEST NEED
Primary Hiring Focus
Front of House team members create a welcoming and efficient experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and professional guest service
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Supporting front counter, drive-thru, and dining room operations
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Working with urgency during peak hours

Daytime Shifts (Strong Need Ideal for Adults)

• Opening Shift: Open 2:00 PM
• Day Shifts: 7:00 or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

These shifts are ideal for adults with daytime availability seeking consistent daytime hours and reliable scheduling.
Mid-Shift (Front of House - Ideal for college students or individuals seeking part-day schedules)

• Mid-Shift: Starting at 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Scheduling Expectations:

• Must be available at least one or two weekdays
• Must be available to work on most Saturdays

Back of House (Kitchen Team Member)
Kitchen team members prepare menu items with precision while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards.
Responsibilities include:

• Preparing food according to Chick-fil-A procedures and standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Supporting production goals during busy periods
• Ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met

Daytime Shifts (Back of House/Kitchen Ideal for Adults)

• Opening Shift: Open 4:00 PM

These shifts are ideal for adults with daytime availability seeking consistent daytime hours and reliable scheduling.
Mid-Shift (Back of House/Kitchen - Ideal for college students or individuals seeking part-day schedules)

• Mid-Shift: Starting at 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Closing Shift (Back of House/Kitchen - Ideal for persons age 18 or older seeking full, closing shift work until 11 PM or 11:30 PM)
Closing Shift: Starting at 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, or 4:00 PM and working until we close.
