The Training Director leads the development of all team members, ensuring every individual is equipped to deliver exceptional service and uphold Chick-fil-A standards, including Chick-fil-A Pathway standards and best practices. This role requires a full understanding of all areas of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all training for all newly hired team members
• Maintaining ongoing training and development for current team members
• Leading food safety classes for new team members
• Developing and implementing training programs aligned with Chick-fil-A Pathway standards
• Creating and executing in-restaurant training plans
• Developing and managing structured training systems and materials
• Coaching leaders and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction
• Monitoring team performance and providing ongoing feedback
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards
• May be required to work at multiple Chick-Fil-A restaurant locations based on business needs
